People are (quite rightly) quick to complain when they do not receive the level of service they expected and less so to take the time to leave positive feedback when things go right. It is a shame that in many instances we have become accustomed to poor, mediocre or just plain impersonal service and so when we do receive proper service we enthuse about it as if it is something really special. Why should great and personal service not be treated as the norm?

With that said, we are delighted that we receive virtually no complaints and are even more delighted that so many people take the time to call or write to thank us for the service we have provided.

We won't rest on our laurels though and whilst it is fantastic to hear your positive feedback, please don't be frightened to let us know if we have not lived up to your expectations in any way so that we can address any problems that you may have experienced.
